ADP VirtualEdge has had a great positive impact at our company. Even though I did not make the purchasing decision for ADP Virtual Edge or managed it, we are given access to it in order to help better choose future employees. It is being used across the whole organization across all most departments. The platform helps organize our hiring process and made hiring decisions and search much simpler. It was easy to find resumes based on the skills we were looking for. It is a great addition to our company.
  • Organization. Storing resumes was made simpler, as our division grew, it is much easier to use ADP to store resume and find candidates relevant to the job description
  • Optimization and Performance. It saves us a lot of time trying to find the right candidate.
  • It helps streamline the hiring process
  • It can be a little confusing at the start, but worth the time to set up.
  • Dashboard could use a little bit more organization, it would be nice if you can organize it based on personal preference.
  • Also not experienced this a lot, but I did have some lagging issues at times.
It is perfect for any company that is looking to streamline its hiring process. It can be implemented on any type of industry, giving access to different departments to make their own hiring decisions, can also solve the issues of communication between the hiring department and Human Resources.

I have not used many software that are similar to ADP VirtualEdge, but ADP VirtualEdge has made the hiring process a much simpler task.

ADP Virtual Edge is an organization wide applicant tracking system that speaks to other software and platforms to integrate recruiting, screening, hiring, and selecting candidates. It is not the most powerful or automated system, but it does integrate well with ADP’s compensation platform to make transitions from applicant to employee faster and easier.

ADP VirtualEdge is best for companies who are already using ADP’s compensation platform. It is also good for companies who are smaller in size and do not utilize a lot of other systems as it can quickly add up in price. It is better for organizations with smaller HR teams.

It is more specifically targeted to hiring instead of general management. It is also less supported and can take longer to get it help. Overall, it is comparable to other lower tier products.

ADP Virtual Edge is implemented and utilized by our human resources team, but it has a lasting impact across multiple functions and departments within the company. It is a seamless way to manage candidates throughout the pipeline, including all stages of the candidate life cycle, and it allows easy organization of the hiring process.

We used ADP VirtualEdge for paycheck cuts and benefit deductions only. It’s not a bad service but there are definitely cheaper and less clunky options for a similar and or better hr portal service. That said, it does what it’s supposed to once it’s set up correctly!

ADP Virtual Edge is really great for larger companies (at least a thousand people) with complex situations per employee and/or region. It isn’t so great for smaller companies or start ups - in that case [in my opinion] it is a very expensive product that you won’t be able to use most of the functionality for anyways.

ADP VirtualEdge had a strong positive impact when it came to our company, previously we had to do more complex work to be able to manage all the candidate applications that we received when we were looking for a new employee for a specific area of ​​my company. ADP VirtualEdge managed to provide me with better management of all candidate applications, this platform allowed me to manage all the resumes received by the candidates and also provided me with an automated process to be able to know which candidate has the best skills to develop one of the tasks that I need in my business. This platform is implemented in our Human Resources sector, I am the founder of my company and I have been the one who has decided to implement this great platform to better manage the candidates who want to enter my company. For me, it is very important to know each of the candidates, to know their qualities, skills, and ideas that they want to offer me for the constant advancement of my company, ADP VirtualEdge has been a perfect solution for my company, every day we are growing even more and every day I have had the possibility to improve the quality of the new employees who enter my company thanks to VirtualEdge.
  • Previously, it was more difficult to store all the resumes that we received, since there were many candidates for the jobs that we had open in our company, however, ADP VirtualEdge gave me a better handling of resumes, the platform stores all the resumes in chronological order Resumes received and this makes it easier to read each of these.
  • I love the duplicate candidate prevention function, sometimes people make mistakes when applying for a job and this causes the application to be duplicated, this platform performs this process automatically and prevents duplicate applications, it is fantastic.
  • It has an excellent integration with my social networks, which helps me to be able to make publications of the available jobs and also allows me to see details in real-time of the applications that I have received from those publications in my social networks.
  • It provides me with a section where I can manage all the interviews. For me, it is one of the most important functions since I can have a much higher order for the interviews that I have scheduled.
  • One of the things I don't like about ADP VirtualEdge is that it doesn't allow me to conduct interviews online. Many other platforms that I have used in the past allowed me to conduct interviews online without having to do it in person. With the current problems due to COVID-19, this has become a very important functionality that ADP VirtualEdge does not offer me, since online interviews would be an option to avoid physical contact.
ADP VirtualEdge is undoubtedly the platform that any company needs to be able to keep an exact control of the candidates and the performance of each one of them. It is important to note that ADP VirtualEdge allows the monitoring of candidates and new employees, which makes it easier to know if the new employee is meeting the skills presented in the interview. This platform has a complete order for all the résumés received and provides complete management for the new applications of candidates for a specific position. I would recommend it without a doubt, it has quick benefits.

  • We are able to hire more qualified people for each new job in our company. The quality of employees progressively improved as we hired people with better skills and better job ideas.
  • Ease of managing candidate resumes and applications, there was no need for a manual process to manage candidates.
  • Quick recruitment. Previously, it took us a long time to analyze and visualize the applications of new candidates. With ADP VirtualEdge we can have a faster recruitment thanks to the fact that this system automatically orders the candidates with the best skills.
SmartRecruiters was one of the first candidate management platforms we used at our company, however, it did not provide us with effectiveness in our hiring industry. For us, ADP VirtualEdge far surpasses SmartRecruiters since it is faster when it comes to generating reports on the hiring than there has been in a specific period of time, SmartRecruiters takes approximately 10 minutes to generate a complete report on the applications received and the hires performed, while ADP VirtualEdge generates reports in real-time and I should not wait any time to see the progress that I have had in the administration of candidates.
